Partners: Field Notes, Taste of Troy Food Tours LLC, Agricultural Stewardship Association, Hudson-Chatham Winery, Conserved Farms: Dennison Farms, Richfield Dairy, Hand Melon Farms, St. Croix Farm

The talented chef duo that are behind Field Notes, Joan Porambo and Kyle Macpherson, will create a 3 course tasting using in season products from the four conserved farms plus an amuse bouche. Dominique DeVito one of the co-owners of Hudson-Chatham Winery in Ghent will offer a choice of 3 tasting pairings for each course or one full glass of wine, other wine will be available for purchase. Eva and John Moore, the owners/farmers of St. Croix Farm will offer a wagon ride tour of the farm at 4:30. Teri Ptacek of the Agricultural Stewardship Association will provide an overview of local farms that have conserved their land to benefit the greater community for generations to come.

Dinner will begin at 5:30, a leisurely paced 3 course meal (dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice) with descriptions of each course by the talented team of chefs.

Cost: $90 plus tax
